Darlington Championship Show

Very wet day at this show, which is a shame as it is one of my favourites.  Despite not raining during judging and many breeds showing outside we were restricted by our judge to the tiny inside portion of the ring and made to walk very slowly, so the boys really struggled to show of their movement.  That said, Surfer won his class, Loki won another Limit and Hunter his first time in adult classes was 3rd in Open beating several champions so we were very pleased with that. To top the day off Hunter came 3rd in an absolutely massive Junior Stakes class under Patsy Hollings and really loved the big ring!

City Of Birmingham Championships Show

Lovely sunny day at this show and although the rings were inside we managed to enjoy the weather by benching outside and soak the rays up.
All 3 dogs did great - Loki - Twice As Nice Seven Monkey Fury JW (Imp SWE) was the star performer again winning his 7th limit out of the 8th hes entered and then gaining another RCC bringing is total to 5RCC and 1CC with BOB and group shortlist.  Kiddy - CH Just Kidding of Angel's Legacy At Casacavallo JW ShCM (Imp NLD) came out for the day after months out of the ring and showed his socks off to win a massive and super strong Open Class. Finally Hunter - Estillinis The Huntsman At Casacavallo JW (Imp SWE) was 2nd in Junior to the CC winner and we realised whilst he is unbeaten in outside rings, inside seems to be his Achilles heel with him losing top spot in the smaller rings.  The only show he has won inside at is Crufts where the rings are big enough for him to get into his stride!
